This version is ready to publish on your Shopify store. It covers both your custom-made and ready-to-ship products while protecting your business and setting clear expectations for your customers.

Welcome to Press’d 2 the Tee. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Disclaimer

Press’d 2 the Tee specializes in both custom-made personalized products and ready-to-ship merchandise. Policies may vary depending on the type of product purchased. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

While we strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

1. Products

Press’d 2 the Tee offers:

Custom and personalized products made specifically for each customer.
Ready-to-ship merchandise available for immediate purchase.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, placement, and finish are normal and make each item unique.

2. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Names
Dates
Colors
Spelling
Photos
Design instructions

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.

Press’d 2 the Tee is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

3. Artwork Proofs

When applicable, a proof will be sent before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully.

Once approval is received:

Production will begin.
No additional edits or changes can be made.
Orders cannot be canceled after proof approval.

Proof Approval Timeline

Customers will receive a digital proof (when applicable) for review and approval. Customers have 48 hours from the time the proof is sent to request changes or approve the design.

If no response is received within 48 hours, Press’d 2 the Tee reserves the right to:

Delay the production timeline until approval is received, or
Consider the proof approved and proceed with production using the most recently submitted design.

Any production delays resulting from late proof approval are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Photo Quality

Customers are responsible for submitting high-quality images.

Photos will be printed as received.

Press’d 2 the Tee is not responsible for blurry or low-resolution images supplied by customers.

Photo restoration or enhancement is not included unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Production & Processing Times

Custom Orders

Production begins after:

Full payment has been received.
Proof approval (when applicable).

Please allow 7–14 business days for production.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

6. Shipping

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Press’d 2 the Tee is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS or other shipping carriers
Weather
Natural disasters
Carrier service interruptions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

7. Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified once their order is ready.

Please arrange pickup within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All custom sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless an error was made by Press’d 2 the Tee or the item arrives damaged.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Unused, unopened, and unaltered ready-to-ship merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

Item must be unused.
Item must be in original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the shipping label

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or design work has begun.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, and website content are the property of Press’d 2 the Tee unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

12. Copyright & Trademark Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any photos, logos, artwork, or trademarks they submit.

Press’d 2 the Tee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order believed to infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

Press’d 2 the Tee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
