Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TNT Dynamic Kreations! We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items. Because of this, processing times vary depending on what you purchase:

• Standard (Non-Custom) Items: These items are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days.

• Customized & Made-to-Order Items: Due to the personalized nature of these products, please allow up to 14 business days for processing before shipment.

Note: If your order contains both standard and customized items, the entire order will ship together once the customized item is ready. If you would like your standard items sooner, please place two separate orders.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our carriers. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

5. Potential Delays

While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays may occur during high-volume seasons (like holidays) or due to carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience!
