Standard Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TNT Dynamic Kreations. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Because our custom products are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized or personalized items. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Items with custom text, names, or dates.

• Products built to specific dimensions or colors requested by the customer.

• One-of-a-kind commissions.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

While we do not offer returns for a "change of mind," your satisfaction is our priority. If your custom item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a claim for a damaged item:

• Email us at tntdynamickreations@gmail.com with your order number.

• Provide clear photos of the damage or the error.

• We will evaluate the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

For any non-customized products in our shop:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Cancellations

Orders for custom items enter production quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund.
